Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe: Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date or delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items purchased during clearance sales may be subject to special conditions
(check sale details at the time of purchase).
Return Process
- In-Store Purchases: Bring the item(s) and receipt to any of our store locations.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, after the return is processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items
All items are pre-inspected and quality checked, however If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. The replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

Nayrapret reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions.
For Local and international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
